Special Business Leaders Award
Our Founder and Managing Director, Ms Kristine Liew was awarded the Women Business Leader Award by the Strategic Institute of Asia Pacific (KSI) on 20th April 2022 in the Intercontinental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. She dedicates her award to her supportive family, team at MRS as well as her clients who believe and trust MRS to train and develop their valuable human assets to focus on key results areas and project goals.
A little insight to our CEO & Managing Director, Ms Kristine Liew
Kristine mentioned that one of MRS’s greater strengths is to initiate tough conversations with clients on their pain points to uncover inner motivations in the clients’ diverse work cultures to achieve that sweet spot between aligning differing employee agendas and the company’s overall corporate destination.
Kristine also received the NAWEM (National Association of Women Entrepreneurs Malaysia) award for the training and education category in 2006. She was listed in Who’s Who in Sarawak 2000 and served 2-year term 2008-2009 on board of Sarawak Convention Bureau, now renamed as Business Events Sarawak (BE Sarawak).
Having pioneered and helmed MRS for 34 years, she now lives out her legacy by coaching her team to deliver the same, if not better, for MRS’s growing list of clientele in Malaysia.
