Domestic Inquiry & Handling Misconduct
Misconduct is a wrongful act with the intention on the part of the employee. It relates to conduct which is consistent with the discharge of employee’s duties and also includes error or omission. When an allegation of misconduct is preferred against an employee or a group of employees, an investigation must be carried out immediately. Investigations at this initial stage is to establish facts of allegations and determine the need for a Domestic Inquiry (D.I.)
