MRS is now ISO-certified!
On the 15th of November 2018, as a longstanding corporate training service provider, MRS was awarded the ISO 29993:2017 Certification, making us the first corporate training service provider in Malaysia to be given such honourable recognition. ISO Certifications are held in high regard throughout the world & we are indeed grateful for the privilege.
WHAT EXACTLY IS ISO-CERTIFIED?
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an independent, non-governmental, international organization that develops standards to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of products, services, and systems. The ISO 29993:2017 certification specifies requirements for learning services outside formal education, including all types of life-long learning (e.g. vocational training and in-company training, either outsourced or in-house).
MRS had to undergo a detailed process in order to be officially-certified as meeting the international quality assurance standards in the service provided. The certification process includes an exhaustive internal audit on our designed modules, pre & post-training services, documentation, trainer background-checks & onsite moderation of the actual classes conducted.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
What you (as clients) can expect from us now being officially ISO-certified, is…..the exact same quality, effectiveness and transparency that every organization has experienced and come to expect from our past programs, now with an added assurance that our training programs are now internationally-recognized and certified. All participants who complete these ISO-certified courses are entitled to receive a Certificate of Competency. For all our other programs, rest-assured that each and every one of your valuable employees that we equip to be trained, will be trained by a officially-recognized and internationally-qualified training provider.
